Your appointed Account Manager will
work with you, to provide an implementation
plan that will aim towards a seamless
installation, with minimal business

Support
We also offer a range of ongoing Network
Support Services to ensure long-term
and cost-effective system performance.
With CmR Intech Remote Support, we are
able to resolve approximately 80% of
computer related faults without even
leaving our office. This dramatically
improves response times and reduces
support costs on general software related
issues.
Ongoing Preventative Maintenance can
be performed on your system, by keeping
you up-to-date with system vendor’s
patches, updates and hotfixes. By keeping
your system up-to-date we can greatly
reduce the risk of downtime as a result
of software failure.
When all else fails, an experienced
Engineer will be dispatched to resolve
the fault on-site.

which completes our end-to-end support
